The earlier you tell us, the more we can refund. Three simple windows.
40+ days before pickup
Full refund.We return everything you've paid — rental and extras. Usually within 5 working days.
30 – 40 days before
50% refund.Half of the rental and extras come back to you. The other half covers holding the camper this close to your dates.
Under 30 days
Non-refundable.We hold the camper for you, which means we can't hold it for anyone else. The rental amount stays with us. The deposit, if already transferred, is still yours.
How to cancel.
Open the booking-status link from your confirmation email and hit Request cancellation. You'll see exactly what refund you qualify for based on the date, add an optional note, and confirm. We review within 24 hours and the refund goes out by bank transfer within five working days — same account you paid from.
