30–40 days before pickup: 50% refund. Under 30 days: non-refundable.
Requested by email a few days before pickup, payable by bank transfer 24h before we hand over the keys. Refunded once the camper is back in the same condition.
Overage settled from the deposit.
Held for at least 3 years. Original licence needed at pickup.
Included: Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia — no extra cost. Bosnia and Herzegovina isn't permitted. Ask us about extra insurance for other European countries.
